By using hyenterprise.com or purchasing Hyenterprise™ products, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship within the continental United States. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Product use

Hyenterprise™ feeders are designed for dry kibble for cats and small dogs up to ~25 lb. Use of wet food, damp treats, or non-recommended food may void your warranty. Always check that food is dispensing correctly, especially during the first week of use.

Warranty & liability

Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyenterprise™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Intellectual property

All content on hyenterprise.com - including product images, copy, and the Hyenterprise™ mark - is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
